Two eternity silhouettes — a round invisible set diamond ring and a marquise diamond cuff — are linked by a discreet gold bar in this patented design. Set in our signature invisible setting, visible metal is minimized so the diamonds read as continuous bands of light while creating the illusion of a second piercing.

The lower ring is worn like a regular hoop, while the upper cuff rests along the ear to simulate an additional placement.
