We want you to love your new jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain pierced jewelry may be subject to specific inspection criteria before a refund is issued.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original MARIA TASH packaging, including all certificates and protective pouches, to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for signs of wear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
